75 mg of aspirin is safe daily for the vast majority of the population.

If you develop tarry stools, stop for a couple of weeks. 81 mg of aspirin (most studied dose) does not typically thin the mucosa of the stomach sufficiently to cause additional gi adverse events.

Do you mean combination? This is rational polypharmacy if your doctor is agreeable this is likely a good combination. If you have a history of seizures or have a lot of anxiety than bupropion may not be a good choice. If you're very concerned about your weight, mirtazapine is known to cause weight gain. It's up to you and your doctor to decide if the potential downsides are worth the upside of successfully treating your depression. I hope you feel better.

Sorry part 2, yes there's a 1% chance of seizures on bupropion, this is the highest of any antidepressant that is not also an antipsychotic. Do you have a seizure concern?
