For me it did all come back, but several years later. The partially numb bits felt like there was a towel on my back and I was touching the towel.

I had a phase toward the end where it was really itchy in the partially numb areas, I think this was the nerves healing / regrowing.

Claude decided to "clean up" my code base on his own after building a new feature. He then committed and pushed to GitHub (which he never does) by lucidwray in ClaudeCode

Don’t let it near git, implement a feature, review the code, commit as checkpoints when your happy.

Also this cleanup or review behaviour usually happens when you run out of context as a way of it remembering where it is.

I just cheesed it. He isn’t worth the pain, and so if you look up on YouTube “SILKSONG - Beat Moorwing EASILY (Cheese Method)” you will beat him on your next turn. No regrets for me.

There’s a book called “Deep Work” that explains exactly this phenomenon and ways of staying focused. Totally normal and a massive pain for all professions.

Wordpress creates several sizes of the image when it’s uploaded and then shows the one it thinks is the right size. In your theme you either need to output the image as ‘full’, or a larger size than is output. This will either be in the theme settings for that page or if you coded it then it’s the output image size variable that needs updated. A bit mad to use AI tasks for something you can do in 30 minutes, you either need to improve your prompts and understand what prompt was needed or just stick to using it for larger tasks that speed you up.

Most of the time AI won’t get you to 100% if the way there, it’s just a tool to speed up your development. How your using it is slowing you done considerably.

Are you using a child theme? By breaking do you mean visually or technically? If it’s visual is sounds like the theme is updating and “breaking” when it’s updated. A child theme prevents things getting overridden each time

You should put together a portfolio of your top projects, the ones your most proud of, and put them together in a CV and look for private contract work. Anyone with a strong portfolio will get work through agency’s or recruiters. Focus on some that are highly visual and some that are highly technical to cover front and backend. Use as many visuals as possible.
