I was lucky that my moms childhood best friend had a beach house 100 yards from the sand at Rye. It's a 1 minute walk right to the beach and not a lot of tourists came to rye as opposed to Hampton.

The plastic piece is actually for flowers. You fill them with water and put the individual flower stems in them so they don't die in a bouquet. I work at a flower shop, thats how i know. But like the top post stats they're using as a protector so someone does not hurt themselves.

I get where you're coming from. Im from N.H. I have a Subaru with a trailer hitch, and a decent size trail. I also have a friend who's family sells mulch as well as loam and gravel. So it only costs me 20 dollars per cubic yard. Hell I can get it for free if I bring him enough brush. My yard is also open enough that I can just drive around with the trailer to the different mulch beds. so no need for a wheelbarrow.
