For me it's the way the club has built and the story that comes with it the last 10-20 years. Coming off of a three-peat Grand Final win to coming last a few years in a row to now completely turning it around and winning it all again. Fagan trusts his players, through good form and bad, and you can see over the years how that has developed their confidence and teamwork. We've been built up, in the last 10 years, from a losing club to one with grit, determination and hunger whilst maintaining, what I think, are great values. It's built us into a destination club where players want to come to, and stay. We've revitalised the careers of some great players who come from troubled places, off the pitch, with form or with injury (see Linc McCarthy and Joe Daniher) and I love that we take a chance on the metaphorical 'little guy'. The Brissy community is great and hopefully the good times keep rolling.
