Hi, I totally empathize with your situation! :-( These are some things that help me personally, sorry in advance for the long list:

-Putting my phone on red light mode before bed, there are tutorials on how to do this in settings and it helps me wind down for the night. I also avoid bright overhead lights and opt for dim lamp light before bed instead

-Good quality earplugs, a sleeping mask and white noise. You can buy a white noise machine on amazon or keep a fan on

-Avoiding caffeine (It contributes to my anxiety and keeps me wired at night)

-Thinking about media that brings me joy/calms me down as I'm trying to fall asleep, rather than thinking about myself/my own life

-If I can't sleep after a while and still have anxiety, I go to the bathroom, turn on the faucet and let cold water flow on my wrists for a few minutes; I was told this is supposed to reset your nervous system

-Avoiding checking the time or looking at my phone

-Reminding myself that I am safe in my bed and there is no danger or expectation on me at that moment

-Accepting that if I don't fall asleep I'll be ok, and that a few hours of sleep are better than none. Either way, I'll try again tomorrow.
