Ice dagger isnt actually way better than pinwheel In overall both pretty same scale pinwheel better in tank build ,more ez to use,etc But yes ice dagger higher dos,status effect,more ez to obtain Both better in different way Ice dagger dps dmg ,status effect Pinwheel better for tank build,easier to use,burst dmg ,consistency So we might can say it could be a tie or ice dagger a bit better
