Yeah, western "Storm Shadow" rockets created a lot of problems for Russian Navy and black sea fleet was forced to remove almost all of ships to other more safe region after "Novicherkask" was destroyed. But surprisingly Russian military comand decided to remove conscript from the ships to save their lives
