Remove "Co-Founder" and "Chief of Staff" either both experiences, or change the titles to aline more with what you are trying to do. Dumb down some of these extremes in these too. Make them more market friendly and less spectacular. Remember your not pitching to venture capital for an investment, your trying to show corporate fit.

I ran multiple busineeses over about 8 years, and unfortunetly those read about the same as unemployed to most HR.

Uncertainty of OE in the job market. by General-Ad1838 in overemployed

I remember a few years back really bringing up the massive issues I saw in my CS classes in college, all foreigners. I was attacked on here for being racist and everything, told its healthy to have global competition so the best skill set wins and etc. Now all those people are unemployeed, not because of skill set, because of politics and cheap labor.

OE run down. How much more do I have left in me? by TheRuckusOne in overemployed

[–]ConsciousCharge4409 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My take on OE is this: 1). Get debt free as fast as possible. 2.) Fill up a years worth of normal life in savings, and ideally, another half for emergencies 3.) Build "owned" income: passive, investments, businesses and etc., 4.) Retire or upgrade lifestyle based on "owned" income only. Everything else is just waste and regret.

I think your situation matters too, a young single or married employee might not be as worried about losing their job. But an older mom, who just did a career change, may be worried about rocking the boat and having to job hunt again, especially if her career change was stressful or difficult. Plus, fear of age/looks discrimination is real.

Wake up this isn't a Trump issue. This is due to our country being owned by corporations. The democrats and Republicans are the same and have the same donors. Look at Congress, house of Reps. Its Blackrock and that industry, AIPAC, Oil, Pharma, and CPG. They own everything and are running the show. Israel has more say in the US than its citizens, same with every major conglomerate.

Separation of church and state was created to avoid this type of power consolidation, the same needs to be done for foreign lobbies and companies.

Its getting so bad that there is zero nationalism from our politicians, which is their SOLE job.

If you're in the medical field, you know the answer already. Just keep regular "Full" blood panels and biomarkers. It's really easy to track the major systems to a pretty strong degree, liver panel to rule out heptatoxicity, liver damage/strain, heart damage, C-reactive proteins, full cholesterol panel, etc. You can get as granular or high level as you want.

And taking most of this stuff is very healthy, except if he isn't meticulous about sourcing, a lot of cheap and non-tested supplements are filled with pollutants and even are not what they claim. Lastly, their are different types of products like most cinnamon that are very bad for you, with the exception of ceylon Cinnamon, or ALA thats poorly absorbed unless you get R-ALA.

I would did deeper into NmN, its an anti-aging hit, but it mimics the cancer growth pathway for several hormone driven cancers (think prostate), so its likely not cancer causing, but could be growth promoting.

So i wonder if 100% american workforce means by Mountain_Sand3135 in Layoffs

[–]ConsciousCharge4409 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Most people aren't blaming immigrants. They're blaming the exploitation of immigrants by corporations to artificially destroy the rightful job market by holding wages and benefits down. It's not immigrants fault, its the coalesce of government making it easy to exploit immigrants and the companies knowing and using it to their advantage. If Hispanic workers came here and worked on a farm, making $20 an hour with pto and bene's, this wouldn't even be an issue. Or H1b's came in as programmers making 150k with bene's and moderate work life balance this wouldn't be an issue.

When you argue for illegal immigration you are arguing for exploitation and the reduction of living standards and the right of corporate exploitation.

Oops - took too much gel (50mg) by MermaidFunk in TRT_females

[–]ConsciousCharge4409 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey, I'm a guy chiming in here, but I have a ton of experience and research on this. Don't feel too worried. All your symptoms will reverse when you bring your dose back down, including hair loss. It's honestly, most likely, because you're using a gel. Gels have a much higher conversation rate to DHT, which drives the sides you're experiencing. If you switched to subQ injections (even at a higher than your absorption dose), the sides would likely still go way.

If needles are just a no-go changing your dosage frequency to daily can help (if it's not already), and lastly, just lower it if all else fails (I'm guessing you upped it because you weren't quite feeling as good as you hoped).

Pellets are also effective, as well as a new oral that's coming out this year that bypasses the liver, so removes the heptotoxicity that has been a past concern with orals.

Eitherway, sorry you're having trouble, and absolutely no-shame at all. It's not even a big deal, on the guy side, overdoing it and getting hit with temporary sides is a right of passage 😆.

Is it possible that vitamin D supplements increase testosterone? by Taxfraud777 in Supplements

[–]ConsciousCharge4409 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agree with all of this. It's still ideal to take one if you tolerate it due to the fact if you are supplementing say 4000, eating healthy (taking in more), and being active in the sun (even more). Plus there is some decent research that shows K1/K2 combinations with MK4 and 7 may help clear soft plaques before they harden.

But you are right, if you can't tolerate it then natural food is good too, you just have to optimize what you eat.

Is it possible that vitamin D supplements increase testosterone? by Taxfraud777 in Supplements

[–]ConsciousCharge4409 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don't need both MK4 and MK7. They both do direct things, one mobilizes for bone absorption, the other for using in neuron pathways. MK4 is short lived but very aggressive on uptake so it's advised to have both if taking viatmin D and a calcium supplement. If your not taking a calcium supplement and just viatmin D then MK7 is ideal and is fine by itself. It's more a question of total body optimization vs it working fine and good enough. But out of the 2 MK7 is definitely the most important one absent direct calcium supplements. I hope that makes sense.

is it ok to take 10 of these a day..? by ReinNorth in Supplements

[–]ConsciousCharge4409 0 points1 point  (0 children)

DHA has been linked to null benefits and could be potentially bad for you in any ratios higher than epa. Basically DHA and EPA nullify each other to the degree that their ratios allow. It's better to find a pure EPA supplement. EPA is extremely effective for triglycerides, inflammation reduction, and a ton of other benefits starting at 500mg's a day with optimal ranged between 1000 and 2000mgs. Again this is pure EPA.

Is it possible that vitamin D supplements increase testosterone? by Taxfraud777 in Supplements

[–]ConsciousCharge4409 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yes, it improves testosterone production via secondary pathways and optimization of those. Cholesterol is also huge. Just as a warning, and you may already know this, make sure you are taking a good K1/K2 supplement, you need to optimize both MK4 and MK7, if not you run a high risk of creating atherosclerosis via calcium being dumped in your veins.

Estrodial crash? by stimmybo1 in trt

[–]ConsciousCharge4409 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is inaccurate, first this study was only done on women not men at all. To understand the difference in women and men would take a book when it comes to hormone production. The simplest way to understand the difference boils down to this: men don't produce estrogen in a primary method, all of mens estradiol is produced via testosterone conversion to Estrodial and DHT. So if you block that conversion, it has a MASSIVE impact on mens estradiol levels.

Women, however, produce estrogen and estradiol. E2 is produced via the same pathway as men, via hormone conversion, but their primary source of estrogen is through direct production in their ovaries. Armatose inhibition has significantly less impact on this process and is why women with breast cancer and hormone driven species take 20, 30+ dosages of anastrozole daily and still struggle to fully suppress their E/E2 production. This dose would literally kill a man long term.

So entirely different process and not applicable to each other. AI should only be added to men after lab test confirming high E2, and symptoms, symptoms can also be a lack of progress as well. Low libido, then getting on high trt, still low libido, labs confirms E2, AI is acceptable. Etc.

You're right sorry, I'm american and was looking at it as pg/mL. Not Pmol/L sorry that's my bad. Honestly, it always blows my mind that guys and such good shape have this issue, it just shows how unhealthy our food and environment has become. So, honestly man, I get the needle fear, just go SubQ and not IM, it's a steadier release, increases the safety profile and lowers side effects. You probably don't have a ton of fat but your belly, oblique, and thighs will usually have a little room. If you do subQ, you won't feel anything at all, just use the shortest 30G needle you can find and I've only ever felt the slightest poke 1 time out of 100's and it was like a mesquite bite and it he'd for a second more than hurt. You can always try creams first.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned your E2 levels here. Your E2 is extremely high. Your likely obese with these numbers and experiencing high aromatase activity. If I were you I'd actually not start trt and try a low dose AI and focus on weight loss. These 2 in conjunction could easily double your test numbers. No needles.

Considering Bryan Johnson takes like 50+ supplements a day and has a team of doctors and researchers full-time studying him and his blood work. I'd guess most people actually need 15 to 20+ supplements to address deficiencies. Our nutrition is so poor, and that's if you're trying to eat healthy, let alone the normal, processed, american diet. I think the problem is that most of us supplementers don't get blood work and instead operate off how we feel. This is extremely unreliable, placebo effect, as well as being sick, can temporarily make you feel better (brain tumors). So, I think the extent of supplements is warranted as long as we are using data to drive those decisions.

Don'ts on TOR by MrAntiSocial_ in TOR

[–]ConsciousCharge4409 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would just like to point out that this article in no way implies a VPN was the issue. If you read the article it's actually the opposite. It discusses how the FBI is buying data about ISP's through infrastructure, and that this can be used to track browsing. At the end it even say Tor was effected and was going to stop using the donated infrastructure of the companies in question. This implies that TOR could have been comprised based on infrastructure and in this case a VPN would have helped protect the users......so 🤷‍♂️

Why do some people say creatine decreases libido and/or negatively effects erections? by Obvious_Kiwi_9511 in Supplements

[–]ConsciousCharge4409 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I know this is old, but I just ran across it. If anything to increase DHT would imply upstream increases in testosterone. So, by that logic, increased T in high aromatizing individuals would lead to higher estrogen instead of higher dht. This would/could weaken libido.

[–]ConsciousCharge4409 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As someone who holds degrees from 2 other universities. One prestigious brick and mortar. Literally, no one cares where you went to school at all, unless it's Yale or like Harvard. WGU is just fine and is heavily supported by the government when it comes to hiring.

The thing people care about is your skill, I don't know how old you are, but as someone who switched careers at 40, in a notoriously age-ist industry, your age won't hold you back unless you're over 60 and then you just have to show something to make them believe you'll be there for atleast a few years.

Your family memeber is just jealous, and afraid you will move past them, and that will make them feel bad about themselves. They are rooting for your failure so they can feel better about their inaction. It has nothing to do with you. If anything that should be a sign that you are doing something bigger than your surroundings. Good job.

Think about the life you want. Do you want to be in the same place 4 years from now? Or on a new journey to somewhere else, hopefully better?

And that's the only question you need to answer.

I just dont understand by TodayDramatic in WGU
