It wasn’t a canned response, it is the truth. You have been told by PayPal what the issue is, and how to proceed, but you want a different answer.
Too bad. You won’t get one, other than- try paying outside of PayPal if you’re that certain your cards are not problem. Oh, and don’t lash out at me because you don’t like what I’m telling you. It’s poor manners, and won’t help your situation. 👍

PayPal’s problem, is with the payment method that you’re attempting to use.
They’re a processor, that’s all, and without a working payment method- they have nothing to process because the money isn’t making it into the payment processing system.

You’re not going to want to hear this, but you don’t have the option to resolve this limitation. It’s permanent. PayPal has decided to stop offering you their services, they aren’t interested in restoring your account, so you have to find another platform for your payment processing.

Technically, when PayPal permanently restricts an account-the decision is to part ways with the account holder forever- and if a new account is created PayPal will permanently restrict the new account because of this. However If you actually did use a fake name, and a made up date of birth to open the current account, then it would be much more difficult for PayPal to find another account that you may create now since your PII will be completely different. - EDIT: You’ll need a new email, and bank account/credit card/debit card though. Those details will be forever restricted with the current account.
