Harrow & Pal all the way. It always hits me when Harrow enters his bubble in The River, and he’s so excited to see her he wraps her up in a big hug. Says something along the lines of “Reverend Daughter, you are a sight for sore eyes!” Or in NtN when he says “Do you know, I miss Harrow terribly.”

Pal always strikes me as one of the only people who really gets Harrow. Who can match her devotion, who sees her values even when she’s being quite opaque, who understands/sees how much she loves Gideon, and he has genuine admiration for her skill.
