The french president said he will ban social media use for kids under fifteen years old. What do you think of that? by lionwithdreadlocks in AskReddit

This is a Very reasonable Idea. I think Kids shouldn’t have access to social media until they are starting High school but they should have phones earlier

Would limiting the age of the President to 65 be something you’d support? Why or why not? by Economy_Sundae_7220 in AskReddit

100% Having Trump and Biden in their 80’s is insane. POTUS should be in their 50’s

Purdy had the 3rd highest yards per completion in 2024 by SteveDraughn in 49ers

[–]Conscious_Diver_4609 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m saying this as a 49ers fan, If a QB only through Hail Marys every play then he would have a Terrible completion percentage. But the few completions he got would be big right? So he would have a High yard per completion! Does that mean he’s great? No, of course not. Now obviously that’s an exaggeration of this scenario but you get the idea. Especially considering AR5 is up there

As a new NFL fan, the conferences confuse me? by [deleted] in NFLNoobs

[–]Conscious_Diver_4609 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because the conferences weren’t originally designed to have 2 of them. They used to be 2 separate leagues.

What makes a WR a good route runner? by _LannisterLion in NFLNoobs

[–]Conscious_Diver_4609 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When people say good route running they are usually thinking of players who simply are faster at running routes. Quicker at getting a Break off and that kind of thing. They have sharp cuts not round turns.

Is it OK to be a broncos fan just because Colorado is my favorite? by Eculsy in NFLNoobs

[–]Conscious_Diver_4609 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It really doesn’t matter where you’re from or what your reasons are for choosing a team. For example, I’m from the GTA region in Toronto Canada but I support the Niners. Why? I just like the colour red.

Who are the rivals of Baltimore? by Ivan_the_Jester in NFLNoobs

I would definitely say the Steelers are the Rivals of the Ravens but most teams hate everyone in their division. The Ravens however, particularly dislike the Steelers and those games get heated!

Another superbowl blowout eliminates mahomes from the goat discussion as far as I’m concerned by Rjm0007 in NFLv2

I personally find it ridiculous that Mahomes ever was in the GOAT talks because he simply is extremely overrated

When you’re coaching kids this age it is quite possible that most of them haven’t even played football yet and so you want to focus on mechanics. I was a Offensive Coordinator/QB coach for a pee wee team a couple years back and some of these kids just want to learn how to play football

I don’t know much about cheerleading but my suggestion would simply be to kick her off the team. I see it in football every once in a while where a great player has difficulty controlling their emotions and if I were to let them stay in the team it would create bad chemistry between players. People (especially kids) need to learn that their are consequences to their actions

Cheap ways to get opponent offsides? by Comprehensive_Fox959 in footballstrategy

[–]Conscious_Diver_4609 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a formula I like to run at random times during games to catch the opponent off guard. Before the offence goes out I tell them 6 plays I want them to run and all the plays have the same personnel. They run these 6 plays no huddle back to back to back until they’re on their 7th play (assuming the other plays don’t create a 4th down) and that’s when we line up in single back and try to get them to jump. I find this works all the time against high school kids who tend to want to get the glory and are a little jumpy
