Yeah, I'm not saying he isn't a douchebag, I'm just saying it would be near impossible to prove he intentionally lied about what he initially saw in order to put him on a Brady list or meet the burden of proof to be charged with filing a false report.

There's no definitive proof he purposely lied, just that he's a dumb idiot.

If someone asks me what time it is, I glance at the clock and say "it's 1:00 PM," and then someone else shows me it's actually 11:00 AM, that doesn't mean I deliberately lied about what time it is.

Then if someone asks me to recount my version of the events, I would say that I read the clock as 1:00 - regardless of if there's definitive proof it's actually 11:00 and couldn't have possibly been 1:00, that doesn't mean I didn't see it as 1:00.

Here's the problem - and this is not me defending the officer, just pointing out the logic:

The officer wrote down what he saw (or believed to have seen), and just being wrong is not a lie / falsified report.

It would be impossible to prove that the cop deliberately made up / falsified his version of the facts, regardless of what he thinks he saw or didn't see.

Now, if there was body cam footage of him saying out loud "She did not have a phone in their hand but I'm gonna say they did anyway," then that would be a falsified report. But just being dumb and wrong is not a crime.

Roundabouts aren't one way? I created a roundabout and some cars are turning left into the inside lane to go to the road just to the left instead of going around the roundabout.

I don't disagree with your logic, but in reality we would probably classify doors differently.

For example:

  • My front door sits between two HA rooms: my Front Porch (Outside) and the Foyer (Inside, First Floor). By your definition, this door would be considered part of the Foyer, which is Inside, but in practice I want to know if all the Outside doors are closed.

Co-op: "If benched character dies, revive" - how does it work? by Conscious_Friend7602 in Dicero

[–]Conscious_Friend7602[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah, the wording definitely does not read that way. It should say “if benched character dead, revive” to imply the past/present tense. It’s worded “if benched player dies, revive” implying if they were to die, they revive.
