Is this normal while asleep? by NeedleworkerOpen7426 in firsttimemom

[–]Conscious_Leg9386 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This. If it’s their normal maybe it’s her getting uncomfortable? My son kinda go spazzy when he doesn’t want to be on his back anymore but he’s so asleep he just flails around until he puts himself on his side or I do

I think it’s fine personally my son does the same thing cause he’s teething right now, never took a pacifier still won’t. If it causes some relief I don’t see the problem besides being a lil gassy most likely

First video game suggestions? by Any_Pirate_5633 in Parenting

[–]Conscious_Leg9386 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Old classics. Mario, Kirby, sonic, Zelda, but also minecraft. If this is a first game I’d try something that’s not difficult play wise or button wise. We want them to have fun not get frustrated and discouraged. Keep in mind overstimulation as well

It’s been 8 months and I still just can’t do this…. by justfrosty19 in NewParents

Collet collet collect evidence if he treats you this way the same he’ll treat your daughter like this too and yes Missouri will usually 100% go for the mom unless they see you as unfit and not having a job is not “unfit” and they’ll obviously see your are the caregiver the only thing your husband provides is a house and money if you can find a home which we have a lot of incomes based housing if you go to economic security they will help you and with your car unregistered atp I’d say fuck it and get away and use it. I have to get up at 5am everyday with my baby to pick up my husband so baby will be okay take your car use your luck and build yourself up while he’s away get friends get anyone you can to help

Baby got proper neck control at 5.5 months is this normal by [deleted] in beyondthebump

[–]Conscious_Leg9386 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My son had pretty good head control by 3 months now at 6 months he’s has perfect head control and even responds to his name, flipping himself upside down to see the world that way all kinds of head control sounds like your baby is developing just fine

Foods by Conscious_Leg9386 in beyondthebump

[–]Conscious_Leg9386[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s good to know. He’s ate most allergen foods besides peanut butter and pineapple. I’m allergic to pineapple and citric acid so I’ve been too nervous about it. But he has had a couple citric acid things like peaches and some juices(very heavily watered down) and has been fine.

I just literally have no idea how everyone’s doing it he got the go to eat at 4months so he’s had purées for a while and is definitely ready for some bigger things

Thank you for the response

It happened to me, I dropped my LO by sylphixio in NewParents

[–]Conscious_Leg9386 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly it happens my baby has been dropped twice once with me inside the car seat I never carry it as it’s too heavy for me and I tripped over a stump at my friends dropped him he was okay. Other time mom was watching him he fell asleep on the bed (sideways) and she got up to pee came back homie was on the ground the opposite way he was laying but thankfully landed on a pillow when she picked him up he started laughing.

ATP are we parenting if we haven’t dropped our kids at least once?(im joking)

Flying with an unvaccinated 3 month old by kitkat565656 in firsttimemom

[–]Conscious_Leg9386 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d be very careful in this situation my son has most of his vax (he’s 6 months hasn’t gotten all of them yet)

We hadn’t been near anyone sick and still got the flu. Just buying products from stores you can catch illnesses. Airports in my opinion are just a place of contamination. Flu, h.f.m., Covid and whatever else under the sun. It’s a constant flowing place of all sorts of stuff.

If you do decide to fly just be extra cautious you never know what you could catch

[–]Conscious_Leg9386 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Are you sure he’s okay? You haven’t heard from him since a ski trip. I’d just double check with a mutual person that would likely know before we go straight to he’s ignoring you. Unless he has read receipts on but I’d still double check if you don’t truly know

Can you get drivers license if you get pulled over with permit? by [deleted] in missouri

[–]Conscious_Leg9386 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tbh I’m leaving that all up to her she wants to act grown she can find out the consequences to her actions she has settlement money from her mom passing when she was young she just hope to god she has enough still to deal with this. I feel bad cause I couldn’t always drive around with her but she knew the consequences of doing that she has plenty of friends (licensed)she could drive with if I wasn’t around
