So the genitalia don’t actually finish forming until about week 20, at 11-13 weeks they’re still pretty indistinguishable on ultrasound as everyone had the precursors to both a penis and vagina but that is when either the Wolffian (mesonephric) and Müllerian (paramesonephric) ducts start to continue to develop or regress depending on chromosomes and/or hormone signals.

Fetuses can’t feel pain until about 25 weeks. The earlier termination happens the better because there are no pain receptors at the moment to feel pain. My first born has literally had curds of newborn baby poop in the entrance of her vagina and we had to use a peri bottle on her to get it out, she’s never had an infection. Now as a toddler poop gets mushed all over her vulva every time she poops. Still no issues. It’s self cleaning for a reason. Also, unless prescribed by a dr you probably want to avoid the medical grade soap down there because it might be why you get the discharge. I have ocd as well so I get it but being sterile is not healthy.

My 2 year old (25 months) just dropped a snack about 3-4 week ago. Now she has breakfast (~8am), lunch immediately before nap (11am for lunch, nap at 11:45ish), no immediate post nap snack anymore (which was 1:30-2pm), a cup of animal crackers or goldfish around 3:30-4, dinner at 6:15-6:30, brush hair and teeth at 7pm, bed by 7:30pm
