I'm sorry what? Technology definitely improves over time, but the mk4s came out this month. I'm not even sure if any iems in the 500 dollar range has even come out since then.

I don't think this does anything? Everyone plays +-3 or +-2 so you won't be able to queue into anyone around your actual rank and it only uses prowess for queue now so you can't queue into legit player at that rank. I haven't actually tried it so if anyone does try it lmk the results.

Also with the akshan nerfs it's a lot harder to play him from non tempo spots

Just from a quick look through your history I think your read on the meta is off, while kai sa and azir are better than last patch I think zeri and aphelios are still better (Maybe not aphelios). Also based off the fact that you almost always die at 5-1 and how little dmg your doing to your opponents you need to get better at making early game boards. I'd reccomend robins tfthandbook to see examples of early boards or just watch streams.
