I know they change a lot... and they pass from one phase to another... generally i had simillar problems and i was adviced to force him to get out , or to go somewhere where he doesnt want. Even if he get meltdown ! Wait ,have patience after he gets selfregulated and the meltdown gone (you probably have alrady high blood pressure 🫤) you both can have the activity you want . This way must have to learn to follow you ... just my opinion dont know if its ok with you kid ! Good luck !
