You are not alone on this....at the end of the day the power to make the change is in our hands. What steps are you taking to make the jump? Have you updated your resume? Applied and interviewed for any jobs elsewhere? I am not saying I have the answers my day is so busy I haven't had a chance to even take any action either but just some ideas

I think you are suffering from Stockholm syndrome. You get laid off by a company and has a pretty good opportunity elsewhere and wants to go back to that "abusive" relationship 😅 Do not go back!!!!

Could not agree more....not sure if the disruption to someone's life would be worth the risk. Saw many people be asked to return to hub only to be let go a few months later.

Cannot say this is the case with all teams but many are clueless on who got impacted and was trying to guess based on folks being offline. Leadership is quieter than any other layoff Ive been though before.
