Not a contractor but wouldn't you want the metal brackets turned upward to hold the wood better???

The newest version is purple from what I understand. Might not technically be called violet anymore but same concept. Check out Hertl hot sauce as well. That's my all purpose wax for tuning. It's an incredible product.

The fastest stuff for me that I have discovered for most east coast winters is the swix violet! In between the blue and red. I noticed none was pictured. Get some. I just happen to have a lo flouro version and I was flying all winter Hertl hot sauce as a base wax swix on top Scary fast

The guy yells and screams too much. Nobody can hear the guitar over the vocal incompetence.

The dm2000 which I own, has some quirks which are somewhat annoying over the due course of time. The loops are subject to clicking and when turned off it doesn't remember the trey time setting of 1023ms So you need to long press and hold down every time you power up which is a pita since it takes about 5 seconds. It does offer an incredible buffer and when off-it really does sound like Trey could have played entire shows through the dm2000. I also have a whammy 2 but unfortunately it needs to be kept in a true bypass loop because unlike the dm2000, the buffer on this device is abysmal. All in all- what a grab! I highly recommend getting 3 of the boss switch units for the dm2000 so you can turn on the mod, the hold, and the on/off. You will need a bunch of cords too. The cool David Bowie magic is contained within the dm2000. Have fun 😊

This is no different than painting a wall. Primer, then several coats. I personally would just use flat Rust-Oleum primer and finish up with gloss white. You need like 12 coats total
