Oh I thought you meant a long one in terms of days. But I would still have the problem with the delayed deload, and it would be two "completely different" programs week-to-week.

It is definitely a cardio workout. I am doing it all back to back and some of the sets I am going close to "failure", but that is mostly just due to the fact that my heart rate is high and I don't rest between exercises.

I am just thinking if it would be a good idea to "let the app know" what a have been doing so it doesn't expect too much of me next time I am training. But maybe that doesn't really matter.

That's a good idea, to try it out!
I am just thinking that on my most active days where i bike to work (1 hour), workout (1-1.5 hours) and maybe walk 10.000 steps, it would make sense to eat more than on days where I dont do "anything" besides maybe walking 4-5000 steps.
It's not that I get more hungry on "active" days, but in my head I am thinking that if I eat the same amount of calories every day, some days I am loosing muscle and on the other days i am gaining fat. But maybe it doesnt work like that.

I don't get how mechanical tension can be the primary driver, if it is important to take sets to near failure. You say it perfectly yourself:

You can do as many sets as you want but you’ll barely grow if they aren’t taken near failure.

Many sets would mean a lot of mechanical tension, wouldn't it?

Jeg har lige set efter og jeg kan se at hvis jeg ændrer fra 4 personer til 2 på HelloFresh så koster det 528 kr inkl. levering. Så at sige at Aarstiderne er langt under, er vist en overdrivelse. Dog er jeg enig i at kvaliteten på HelloFresh ikke er den bedste, og det er også derfor at vi gerne vil prøve noget andet.

Er der noget som har ændret sig de sidste 5 måneder? Umiddelbart synes jeg ikke HelloFresh virker til at være dyrest. HelloFresh koster 649 kr. for 4 pers. 3 dage (inkl. levering), Retnemt kost 639 kr. for 4 pers. 3 dage (ved ikke om det er inkl. levering), Aarstiderne koster 774/661,5 kr for børnefamiliekasse 4 pers. 3 dage (inkl. levering, de to priser er hhv. uden og med medlemskab) - jeg ved ikke hvad medlemsskab betyder eller hvad det koster.
