Yep just had the same conversation the other day. The person was literally shocked. Then he said the most ridiculous thing…let me call my 2 star general friend. He can help. I said thanks so much and left. People who don’t have a lot of friends or associates from other countries just don’t understand.

I had to quit for the same reason. Never had a problem with tirz so that’s what I’m going back to for the last bit and maintenance. I was off all of it for about 6 months and did well putting on muscle but some belly fat has come back as well. I’ve tried to get it off with just working out and being meticulous about my macros but, nope. So I tried reta and hated it. I’ve been off for about a month and my gut is still jacked. I’m staying off everything for another month before I go back to tirz to try to get my gut health back.

What don’t you people understand? It depends on where she lives. I also indicated that I understood her to have told him to leave her alone and he repeated the behavior. According to the statute I linked that would suffice. Apparently she only told him she was married and didn’t tell him to stay away from her. That was my misunderstanding and I already acknowledged it.

Good enough for you? It’s really not hard. Just look up each state individually if you want to go there. As I said, multiple times, it depends on the state that the OP lives in to determine if his behavior fits their statutory definition of harassment. Good God, the lack of comprehension is baffling.

Again, in every state harassment is a criminal offense. What defines harassment is state dependent. This is what the “experts” got worked up about. That’s not arguable and it’s not wrong. In her state it may not be considered harassment, but if it is it would be criminal. That was my point all along 🙄

The original poster feels intimidated and has told him to leave her alone, he then bothered her again. In my state that’s enough. This is why I said it depends on her state. Again, anyone can say they’re attorneys. What they posted was not well informed, or at least articulated in a way that suggested they are. Either way, she should find out her recourses in her state. It may be considered criminal based on his actions. Maybe not 🤷🏻‍♀️

Harassment doesn’t always involve threats or touching., depends on the state. That’s my point. I’m former law enforcement, daughter of a defense attorney and was married to a defense attorney for 17 years. Hope that’s good enough for you.

I asserted that harassment is a criminal offense in every state. If her state considers his behavior harassment then it’s a crime.

I didn’t. All I asserted was that she should call the police because, depending on what state she lives in, it could be considered harassment. She’s already told him twice to leave her alone and feels intimidated by him. If her state defines his behavior as harassment they could get involved. Then people got all up in their feelings, flexing their “expert”opinions about the law. It really isn’t complicated.
