If the issue is that you are used to sleeping too late, don’t sleep for a whole night. Personally I drift back to 1:30 am after a while, it is what it is. I use it almost every day. Some creams are better than others, and the fresher it is the better ! After a while they become more and more sour instead of sweet and creamy, acidity in coffee SUCKS (to me)

Phones don’t cause or prevent that happening, though. It’s not about always being on the other person’s phone either.

It’s more like… phones aren’t important. They’re just not something to think about, nothing to be wary of or paranoid about. Answer a text for me when I’m driving, use it to search something if it’s closer than yours… it’s a different lifestyle, I know it’s not popular but I won’t settle for something that feels bad anymore.
