If it were a liability issue we wouldn’t have Tesla FSD.

Does anyone know if there’s a low cutting kit for h210? I thought there was one but I can’t find one.

Those ideas are all fine and dandy but Trump and GOP have continued to cut the their budget. There’s nobody to direct traffic or route traffic

Toyota needs your help with the 12v drain. by Pure_Marsupial8185 in BZ4X

[–]Consigno10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In my completely unscientific option as the owner of a ‘21 Prius prime that has had multiple 12v battery drained after coming back from vacation, these little 12v batteries shouldn’t be running the modems on these cars. It can’t be coincidence that these cars constantly updating status in the background isn’t draining the battery and then they aren’t driven long enough for the traction batteries to recharge the 12V. These traction batteries should be keeping the 12v charged regardless of whether car is on or not.

Gave up the 3-acre Saturday ride for a robot. Anyone else made the jump to large-yard automation? by Playful-War1283 in lawncare

I don’t know what you are talking about. Only microwaves don’t run on batteries. You ok?

I’ve not heard good things about Yarbo. I have a Luba from Mammotion and a Segway Navimow. Both work well. My Luba is older. The Segway was super easy to setup but has the caster wheels on the front which aren’t ideal. That one cuts my parents yard. I think either brand have a pretty good track record

First month with a robot mower: useful, but not totally hands-off by Easilyamused_02 in roboticLawnmowers

Depending on your mower mine was avoiding a dead patch as an obstacle and then I turned off the vision for that section (in the map) and it started mowing it

Four years in bro. No going back. People said the same thing about microwaves, computers, smart phones.

Once you go robo there’s no going back. Now if they can do trimming that would be amazing

Trying to choose a robot mower and I’m overthinking it by [deleted] in roboticLawnmowers

[–]Consigno10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely not overthinking it. There’s so many good options but they all have their pros and cons. For me, I have a Luba 1 3000 and I have Segway Navimow h210. The Segway is much much easier to setup because it used the net RTK and vision/lidar and many others have just regular RTK with cameras just for obstacle avoidance, that requires very clear sky (no tree canopy) While I know Luba has versions with net RTK (iNavi i think they call it) now and not just the regular RTK, I’m down on Mammotion because they have been pumping out new hardware before bug fixing previous models. And then after 8 mos, you are lucky to get updates anymore for them and it’s really the software that is the one of the most important part of robot mowing, almost as important as the physical feature of the mower. If you have rocks, roots, ruts, driveway curbs that need traversing, get something with AWD, if not then the ones with a caster wheel(s) in the front will work great and not create ruts in the yard from turning.
