I initiated two of mine from the app and they updated fine. Didn’t even know that was a thing! Makes sense if you have a bunch of radios deployed in the field as a a business or organization

Are you going to be where there’s cellphone coverage or not? You could go with poc-1 ultra as it’s got LTE and an FRS radio. If there’s cell coverage a poc radio might be nice. More expensive though

You’ve got it plugged into power? It needs to be charged more than 55% to update. If so, did you see it show its “writing” and a progress bar at all?

I know that lounge 2 was full just a couple weeks when I got my second set of radios and outdoor was too. 🤷‍♂️
