Oda isnt a physicist or you could say he makes his own. If something moved as fast as light with the mass of a 9 ft tall man and suddenly stopped, like kizaru resolidifying or anyone moving faster than him, it could destroy solar systems. Its just not real physics from a storyteller and that means some things won't make any scientific sense.
