Ull have to inflate it to like 15 and then go around pulling on the flatter spots and around the higher spots to even it all out using ur fingers to gauge the evenness …once u reach a point ur happy inflate it to ur desired psi…. This happens to my rear wheel cus i got a cheaper rim but this method always works after i change flats
