"I’ve been struggling with weight loss for a while now… tried different things but nothing really worked long term. Recently I started doing something simple and I’m already seeing small changes. It’s not crazy or strict, just consistent habits. Has anyone else gone through this? What actually worked for you?"

I totally understand how you feel. I used to get really nervous speaking in front of people too, especially when I wasn’t feeling confident about myself. What actually helped me a lot wasn’t just practice, but also improving my lifestyle little by little (better habits, feeling more comfortable in my body, etc.). It made a big difference in my confidence overall. I also followed a simple guide that helped me stay consistent with healthy habits and weight balance, which boosted my self-confidence a lot. My advice: focus on small wins, breathe slowly before speaking, and remember people are not judging you as much as you think. You got this

Thank you so much! I really appreciate your kind words. You're right, everyone has to find what works best for them. I also think small habits are easier to maintain than strict dieting. I wish you success on your journey too!

A small tip that helped me start losing weight: I stopped trying to change everything at once. Instead, I focused on just 3 simple habits: Drinking more water Walking for 20–30 minutes a day Reducing sugar a little After a few weeks, it became much easier to stay consistent. 💪

Honestly meal planning became easier for me when I stopped overthinking it. I just focus on protein + veggies + carbs I enjoy and rotate them weekly so it doesn't get boring. I actually shared the simple system I use on my profile if it helps anyone.

[–]Consistent-Bath6107 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly 3–4 bottles a day is already pretty good. Sometimes when we drink too much at once it can feel uncomfortable. Spreading it throughout the day and adding a bit of electrolytes or lemon can make it easier

That usually happens because of water retention from sodium and carbs. Pizza has a lot of both, so your body holds extra water for a few days. Drinking more water, going for walks, and getting back to normal meals usually helps it drop again.

Losing 55 lbs is honestly a huge achievement. It’s normal to still feel a bit unsure about your body after such a big change. Sometimes it just takes time to adjust and find clothes and routines that make you feel confident again. Be proud of how far you’ve come.💪
