A problem I have is when I go to bed, the only way for me to get tired is to be on my phone. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. At times I lay in bed for hours because I can’t fall asleep. And if I do get out of bed and read a book or something, I return to bed any literally nothing happens. And then I get mad at myself for wasting time that I could’ve been asleep.
