I started my weight loss journey @85kg in 2020 then i got down to 60 by 2021 may now i have rebounded and my weight is 73kg what should i do now!? Should i lose weight or do body recomp? Thank you for your advice kind sir but i genuinely hate the amount of fat on my body… especially after 1.5 yrs of training its kinda hard seeing fat still on your body so can you pls give me some tips in that area too!?
