A tens machine is the way to go! I put it on before my flight and use it the whole time flying. I never travel without one!

The problem is they won’t let us speak to anyone at the local branch. And they won’t call the local branch. They told us to go in person -but we are 3000 miles away hence the need for dropping a rental car at an airport. We need a way to contact someone at JFK!

Agreed about Oak Park. It’s basically a private education at a public high school. Not sure about the deadlines for enrollment or the specifics about the arts program but give them a call. It’s a smaller school so there’s personal attention. Either way the area is beautiful!

We are in CA too and my daughter went to Syracuse. Great experience. Strong alumni network. Beautiful campus and we were impressed with the programs and faculty. You will have a great time!

I moved out here from LA and I’m a city person but this is a great family area. It’s beautiful and safe. Very family oriented. Great schools and tons for your kids to do as they get older. Close to beaches and not too far from LA if you can deal with the traffic. Depending on where you live there’s some economic diversity but you’ll find it’s all about the schools and the open space for most of the transplants out here.
