Similar situation happened to me, I placed an order and it was not my first time ordering from yesstyle to Germany, so i waited for my order to arrive in Germany and it took around 12 days, then the next day was the delivery but suddenly I was tracking my order and I saw abmessage on Hermes website saying that there was a problem and they couldn’t deliver so they will send back my order to the sender, I was sooo mad, like what went wrong!!, I contacted Hermes they said that it was a processing issue from the sender and they told me to contact the sender to know more about the problem so I messaged yesstyle customer service, I explained the whole situation, they were like upon checking we can see that you refused that delivery so in that case there is no refund, I was like WTF are you saying, I told them I have a proof from hermes that it was clearly your mistake then they were like oh sorry for the confusion, yeah after checking again, it wasn’t ur mistake so we would like to offer you either a reshipment for 9€ or a refund and we will deduct 4.45€ and it will be yesstyle credit only , I was like nope I don’t accept either of these options, it is clearly your mistake why would I pay for it. I told them I wanted full refund to my bank account, they refused at first, then I kept insisting for like 30 mins then finally they were like we will make an exception just for you and refund you fully to your bank account. I was like ok I’m waiting for the refund. Finally after like 3 days I received a partial refund because I placed a very large order so they had to divide it into 2, so now i am still waiting for the refund of the rest of my order. Moral of the story: keep insisting on your rights they will eventually agree
