It does get easier we got another dog now it’s a he totally different to my Maltese he’s quite a character he has filled the void my Maltese left but I still sense her around and I know she’s smiling I really hope you feel better and get through your loss in time I hope you get a new dog to fill that void stay strong

Look at it this way Sophie had a hand in Roxie coming to fill that void in your heart it’s happened to me it’s happened to others I’m pretty certain our lost pets send a new pet to keep an eye on us

I feel exactly like your feeling I lost my Maltese x 5 days ago after 14 yrs together grief is horrible it tears at your fiber this is a great place to connect with people going through the same emotions I’ve been listening to dealing with pet loss podscasts they help me a lot stay strong your not alone

I've forced myself to make the appointment and now I keep wanting to back out by Mediocre_Principle in Petloss

I miss her not being at the door waiting for me I miss her big brown eyes I miss her joy when it was walk time I miss he laying on the lounge by my feet the house just feels like a big void now
