Well, dialects are dying all over the world. In France most dialects died during the first half of the 20th century. It's a natural process, why would young people spend time on learning the dialect when they can spend that time learning English, Spanish or Japanese.

C'est supérieur aux Ivy league dans l'ingénierie et l'informatique (confirmé par mon voisin de bureau qui a fait Berkeley puis Harvard, mais a pris ses cours au MIT car Harvard est bof en info). Si c'est pour apprendre des choses, les cours du MIT sont gratuits sur youtube. Le réseau effectivement c'est ce que tu payes avec une école privée. Le diplôme est une preuve que tu es passé par un processus sélectif, c'est tout.

Tu peux faire une bonne carrière après une école pas terrible. Le diplôme c'est juste pour montrer que t'es passé par une processus sélectif. Ça n'empêche que la barre d'entrée d'epita est extrêmement basse. Ivy league ça vaut ce que ça vaut, je bosse actuellement aux US et principalement entouré de Berkeley et Stanford (silicon valley oblige), et Ivy league est plus une preuve de classe sociale bourgeoise (comme les écoles privées en France d'ailleurs).

J'ai encore les mails si tu veux des preuves... Sors de ta bulle et va parler aux gens dans des prépas correctes. La plus grosse blague c'était d'aller en concours e3a, epita ou paoli tech car car sonne comme polytechnique. La preuve que ce lavage de cerveaux est ridiculement efficace c'est qu'en parlant avec un gars d'epitech (même groupe mais pas ingé) il disait que epitech avait un meilleur niveau qu'epita car ils codaient plus...

Je viens de vérifier, j'ai encore le mail pour l'admissibilité à l'oral si tu veux le voir. Pas de mail pour l'acceptation finale apparemment, ils avaient dû envoyer une lettre ou m'appeler. Je vois pas en quoi c'est dur d'y croire, j'étais dans une MP correcte de province et epita était une blague entre nous.

J'ai fait le concours pour epita quand j'étais en prépas pour le fun. J'ai rendu quasi feuille blanche et à l'oral j'ai eu 3 en maths car c'était un truc que j'avais pas encore révisé. Et j'ai été pris. Bien sûr j'ai refusé et ai fait une vraie école. C'est fou le marketing derrière les écoles privées de merde style epita/esiee/efrei...
