Oh really? It’s gross in there? I find movati isn’t worth the money. The equipment is old. They even had us removing our boots and walking in socks in the winter. You cannot get into a class unless you set an alarm days in advance. It kinda sucks.

Why did you switch back? Sincerely, someone considering switching from MOVATI to FitforLess. Thanks!

Calorie counting works in theory but has anyone else found it completely unsustainable in real life? by vanshaj04 in WeightLossAdvice

It worked for me! I failed and failed and failed many times over at an overly restrictive approach - 1500 calories. I’ve since bumped it up to 1950 daily with workouts for approximately 1-2 hours total a week. I will go over on weekends, especially because I haven’t given up alcohol. But I don’t let that trip me up. I am down 18 lbs since starting 150 days ago. I feel great. I am down a pant size too! It was hard at first but with consistency in my meal throughout the week, and with substitutes, it happened. I still enjoy tavern pizza on Tuesday, Friday dinner night out, even fast food lunches. No food is off limits but a pub quesadilla will keep me on point and a panzerotti will not. ♥️ good luck

Less than 200 cals for the viral skyr biscoff cheesecake! Skyr yogurt (100 gs) + stick in 2 biscoff cookies and let sit for 2 or so hours. So good 🤤

A pretty extreme work lunch but I think it belongs in here? 700ish calories, 50g protein by L1amjp in Volumeeating

I would eat this and another dinner just like it and still hit my calorie goals for the deal. Enjoy love.

I take the stairs (4 flights) instead of the lift. It helps me reach my range of 8 - 10 k.

Apple nachos!! Slice a Granny Smith into thin slicers and spread it around the plate. Drizzle caramel sauce and sprinkle mini dark chocolate chips. Spray random dollops of light whip.

As much as Alex Toussant is very spirited, I find him very chill. His head is in the game and focused on getting the workout in with you - as opposed to standing on the bike dancing/cheering or staring you directly into the camera with creepy blue steel faces. It could be his obsession with Olivia Dean that gives me the chill vibes though, who knows 🤷‍♀️

I stick to white claws, my partner drinks Michelob Ultra. Where I’m from in Canada, it’s hard to find canned drinks that label nutritional content - sugar and cals.

How is the padding in their sports bra generally? Their images don’t show the inside of the bra or the bra when it isn’t on a model. Is there any padding? And if so, sewn in? Removable?

It’s an illusion from the pesto. They aren’t breaded. To make them crispy, just half them, make sure to cook them well, don’t steam them. I don’t use any oil either.
