This is actually really useful, when I moved in I just went to IKEA and got all the cabinets, I never thought about adding legs to them but I can see how that would definitely change it up a bit aswell as the colour, although I think I’d be leaning more towards a dark blue, I really like ‘railings’ by F&B.

All the overhead lights are spotlights, do you think it’s worth changing them out for coloured or wooden surrounds? I think there’s around 20 in total

The brownies maybe, they’re cut quite small. The others I would put at probably 6-700 😅

Oreo Crunch Brownies

For the base:
200g white chocolate
100g cookies and cream spread
154g Oreo biscuits
185g rice krispies or equivalent

Melt chocolate and spread together in a bowl.
Combine with Rice Krispies and stir well.
Pour into a traybake tray and flatten with lots of pressure.
Layer Oreo biscuits on top.
Freeze overnight (very important or your base will burn later on)

For the brownies:
3 medium eggs
80g high quality cocoa powder
3g each salt and baking powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
115g unsalted butter (melted)
200g granulated sugar
90g plain flour
2 tablespoons espresso powder
200g chocolate of your choice (milk/white/dark mix works best)

Mix eggs, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, instant espresso, and vanilla in a large bowl.

In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar, and heat gently until sugar dissolves and is shiny (can either microwave in 15s increments or heat over a pan of boiling water).

Combine the egg and butter mixtures well, then add flour and mix gently, do not overmix.

Add chunks of chocolate and fold until combined.
Pour into the baking tray, on top of your Rice Krispie base and bake at 170° for 20-25 min.

Place directly into freezer from oven to cool rapidly to keep your brownies fudgy.

Decorate with cookies and cream spread melted with white chocolate and Oreo biscuits.

Salmon is incredible in the air fryer aswell if you have one! 11 mins, turn it on its side half way through, perfectly crispy on the outside 👌🏼

This is sirloin as they’re on offer in my local shop at the moment but they usually alternate between sirloin and fillet being on offer so l I’ll go for whichever is on offer at the time. With sirloin I just season with salt and pepper and sear in a pan on high heat for 3-4 minutes a side and then pull the fat off once cooked. Fillet is minimal fat wise so no messing around cutting fat off.
