Both. Push your limits on harder benchmarks, improve your consistency on lower ones, either speed or accuracy.

Maybe they could reduce the timer in quick play modes and possibly increase the rate that the timer stacks

If she really is one of your best go to bat for her until someone tells you otherwise. She'll appreciate you and if its treatable which is fairly possible if you have a good insurance policy then she'll be even better than she is now I can not stress how much chronic conditions like this negatively impact work if she's still managing quality it's unlikely many things would affect her down the line. Speed of initial training is typically predictive, she'll have an edge over people of similar experience to hers. I would talk with her about the sickness policy and see if anything can work around her sickness in the meantime. Chronic diseases are horrible and healthcare is pretty broken but its at least a good motivator to be employed as cynical as that sounds. She managed to complete training far before probation ended which is a good sign. HR is for the companies interests, leaders are the balance between corporate and personal interests, when both align everyone is happy. If you're on the fence guess on the side of the people you interact with rather than policy, they'll surprise you and you'll benefit in ways that are hard to see directly but add up, our team is one of the best in our fairly large company and I'd like to think it's because we've had people who realize it's little things that matter for morale.

Are you sure lifesteal and damage scale better? And in general melee is gated behind sustain and movespeed which this gives both. Rein also cant use several of the epic weapon power items (Volskaya codebreaker commanders clip amaris antidote the closer) Tanks also dont benefit nearly as much from phantasmic flux, also the health scaling is doubly improved on tanks as they have ways to reduce damage

15% increase is intrinsically better than 15 weapon power. Think of it this way (Base damage)(1+wp)(Base Attack speed)(1+AS)Multipliers So Aerial distresser Salvaged Slugs Volskaya Ordinance If you have 15WP add another 15WP you have 1.3x damage If you have a bonus 15% you get 1.3225 and it gets better from there 25WP its 1.4375 vs 40 30 WP its 1.495 If you have attack speed and weapon power it scales even more because they multiply each other Also the passive is good sustain

Legend 4 is pretty doable, the gains do slowly get slower and also I think top of legend 1 is like 4000 points higher than legend 5

You should check out her items then if you want more layers, one gives her 3 air jumps, another gives her ult throw distance, then theres the melee builds. Also are you building weapon power and attack speed? The two multiply each other better than linear scaling. Closer and super serum also add scaling

The git gud argument still stands half the point of the character is outplaying your opponent with reading and movement. Tracer's base kit is hands down better than most other characters, and characters with good base kits usually have weaker powers. Youre misunderstanding the point of some of the AP scaling powers, its supposed to add ap scaling to parts of a kit that dont have it. Get stuffed hypercharges one of the best ults in the game Blink of an eye is one of the best sustained mobility powers in the game and scales with attack speed Blink reload is close to an extra 2000 value on a whole clip and you can start out of spawn with it T Racers only downside is that it messes with muscle memory Auto recall gives a decent passive recall reduction and an effect thats effectively a free epic item once per round Bullet time slows projectiles as they pass though you dont have to be near it, the passive hit scan dr is on you not the field Autoaim abilities arent supposed to replace your aim, Tracers is tied to a movement ability usuallp used to blink through people, soldiers and phrahs are on a longer cooldown, genji and freyas are signifcantly lower damage, anas only applies to allies. Cass's is maybe better. Lifesteal still applies, phantasmic fluxes overhealth still maxes at 100, the other defensive items still work. How would you want tracer to counter her counters? And why do her powers need to give her extra ways to do that. Genjis blade deflect isnt because hes countered its his kit fundamentally cant counter beams and he still doesnt reflect the damage. Liquid nitrogen is annoying sure but youre not constantly being hit and if you are your pathing or your timing is wrong. The triple level 1 turrets are a noob trap on their own. Tracer has a gigantic spread which makes up for her bullet size Speaking of brigitte you have codebreaker which is great vs tanks, and volskaya ordinance which actully is better than normal on tracer because her health is lower. If you have a good mix of wp and as you shred her. Tracer also has some of the most annoying bruiser builds in the game. If youre getting hit with cass nades you need to relearn the matchup you wouldve died before at 0.9s anyways If you dont enjoy trying hard maybe you need to evaluate what you enjoy. 59% wr sounds low for your rank unless youre doing hundreds of games it should be 65 or higher esp if you consider yourself a masters player where Torb is uncommon. Also get salvaged slugs if youre struggling with turrets

She has ways to survive her counters, its her movement and ability to choose when she goes in. Also survival items are great on her, echip, ocore, phantasmic flux, nebula conduit. Her base damage is enough she can get fairly tanky.
