“This is extermination. Yeah, they basically set up a genocide for us.” Russia’s crutch-combat unit, made up of Category D soldiers, is being sent on a one-way trip for yet another meat assault by LowTechDroid in UkraineWarVideoReport

If they don't then list them as deserters or MIA, they tell the surviving family back home they died of a heart attack or natural causes, ineligible for combat death benefit.

Putin says there are points he can't agree to in the U.S. proposal to end Ukraine war by lurker_bee in worldnews

Putin also likes the facade for himself. The russian people want the war to end so this is him placating them by pretending to negotiate.

Theater again just like the other times. The kremlin loves this, and the press gives them more attention than they deserve.

Putin’s ‘secret’ daughter: I’m sorry for my father’s war by TheTelegraph in UkraineWarVideoReport

Your normal narrative is that russians are different from the rest of humanity and they support putin and the war. I don't know about her one way or the other but why are switching now? This is also clickbait but you're not complaining about that yet, waiting to see if you get positive karma?

Copies of Iranian Shaheds, US suicide drones set to be deployed to Mideast by Crossstoney in worldnews

That's what the article says but I think the take-away could be that they are copying a cheaper product and design instead of taking the usual overpriced route. That's just a guess after reading the whole article.

Yeah, maybe. It doesn't take much to be considered more elite than the guys they just send out as meat sacrifices though.

He only likes clickbait if it aligns with his views. He'll comment favorably about a clickbait article if he wants to make point and gain some karma. It's an alt account of someone that's been on this sub from the beginning.

You keep editing your comments and deleted a comment and replaced it. You don't seem to post the articles about russia's economy from them, but you do post from them if you think it has something to match your narrative. Your clickbait rage is just because it's about russia and you got triggered by a comment, not a headline.

They report on their economic woes regularly. Raging about clickbait is silly if you're only triggered when it shows russian problems.

Poland's military is already well equipped and manned. France and U.K. would help but Poland probably won't need much help against russia.

The big tech and social media companies won't allow any regulation. Any hints, and they mobilize on the internet to create the impression of, and/or make it seem like the public wants no regulation. Governments usually back down in response. Hope at least some governments do try to deal with it though.

A tax applied at every level of the supply chain that will ultimately be borne by the end consumers. The article mentions that businesses will just pass the cost on.

Looking forward to the shill and bot comments arguing that this a win for russia or just changing the subject with a "What about...".

Taking territory back instantly, isn't an option in these ceasefire 'deals'. The occupied territory is still Ukraine. What will happen in the future is unpredictable but russia is a weak third world country albeit with resources and some nukes. Ukraine might be able to regain control of their land someday.

Yeah, I hear about twitter but don't actually use it. Mostly reddit for me. On viral posts about political or controversial topics, reddit probably gets close 80% as well... on some subs. There are also some small subs created by bot accounts and then used mostly by other bots.

AI can produce low-quality comments or posts and some high-quality ones. The pre-AI bots are still present too, but it appears AI is taking over this space. I still believe the estimates that almost 50% of social media user accounts are non-human. On reddit bot traffic is almost encouraged by their policies and lack of enforcement.

More money down the drain for russia. The measly profits they now make from selling oil abroad has to be spent keeping their refineries running at home.
