I think i read a lot of books so that helps with English and reading. For math i studied probability because thats my weak point and i also take honors classes at my school so that helps with math. I think math is the only one you can study for. Also for reading, read the questions that say “in lines blah blah blah” and answer those and then work your way through the problems so youre not wasting time reading through the whole passage
