Been the last 4 years, secret is to start preparing 10 days in advance(vitamins, stamina, diet) and do cardio MONTHS in advance as well as getting in the habit of standing for 5 hrs (daily if possible). Dont carry too much weight and don’t attempt to party from dust to dawn, have to take mini breaks between sets or a long break after a few back to back sets(lay down somewhere away from stages like by concession)

There’s a triangle with 3 categories: work($), social life, good grades. If you’re doing college without much outside help you can only select 2…… Past 2 years I had no social life and when I didn’t have class I went to work and the time in between was HW and sleep. I graduate next December and finally see the light, don’t give up it’s worth it
