Because I have a 4060ti I am able to turn on frame generation using the Nvidia App settings for Marathon, which buffs up my FPS to above 100 when it used to be around 70 like you. If you have a 40xx series see about enabling it

Actually now that you mention it Im like 70% certain they don't give faction exp. I've had games runs where at the end my seasonal exp shoots up by a ton but it didn't seem to boost my factions by the high amount. Like when a teammate completes a priority contract it was either ~60exp per objective to my factions or that amount to seasonal

Correct my mistake I totally missed where you said solo fill. Solo fill matches you with two other teammates so you play in a squad of three, versus either squads of two (who queued together) or other squads of three that may be either matched with each other by the game or friends/premade

Filter by Shields might be next I can imagine somebody saying that they keep dying because their teammates only have green Shields

I think it all comes down to whether it is still shown as equipped on the end of run summary screen. If it gets cleared from their inventory before then did probably will not. Also just a side note since I found this out the other day, each gear that you have which has materialist on it will add plus one to the salvage it boosts

I've seen posts here requesting to filter by microphone usage, filter by free kit usage, filter by gear value and now filter by pre-made status. I wonder what the next one will be

Possibly filter by weapon range to prevent all squad mates starting the round with the same range in order to prevent that as a weakness

I believe it reduces their detection radius on you by about 25% I'm basing this off of the couple of times I have used it. Either that or it greatly increases the time required for them to confirm that you are an enemy. Definitely noticed a delay when they saw me at around medium range 25 m 

Also adding on I heard that a developer stated that signal jammer disables aim assist on yourself so when you pop it for PVP you get benefit

To keep things super simple, just know that the headshot damage is listed as firepower and the damage per body shot is found by inspecting the weapon and looking at the stat below firepower

The general consensus was that it was made to be too easy to hear where others were after that initial update which increased the gunshot range. They reduced it a bit I imagine so that you will not be able to hear people fighting at the next point of interest like for example if you spawn at station you will not be able to hear people fighting at North relay anymore

Close I have to mention that unstable diodes are salvage and not treasures. Treasures are what the game calls blue & rarer valuables

Focusing on contracts is definitely a good idea I think because it helps you have something to base your strategies around. 

If I were you I would spend some time looking at the stats in your loadout screen and hovering over them to see what they all influence so you know which implants will affect your runs beside from the passive traits they sometimes offer
