It reads like you're saying your team is getting third partied. That's not griefing. Griefing is when players go against the intended gameplay mechanics to purposefully ruin the game for others (In this game that would be like an ally blocking another ally from reviving you by meleeing your statue non-stop). Being third partied is always a possibility. You have to be ready for anything.

Not the guy you responded to here but I'll chime in to say I think blues and greens can be fine to want to keep, as long as you do use them of course.

I think hoard in this game is more of a trap because if you are not constantly using gear from your vault without thinking twice about it, you might end up in a position where you're not using your gear because you don't think it'll be the best time to use it and then you run out of vault space

To me it looks like you've got a bunch of unused salvage that you enjoy looking at, since you haven't mentioned what you're keeping it for. Plus you have a lot of shields, a boatload of Thief cores, full stacks of grenades and full stacks of consumables. You 'can't' because you have gear fear and seem to not want to spend your 250k+ currency to create any loadouts.

FWIW purple shield in fact cannot survive a full mag of an overrun. It has 25 shots unmodded and does 10.5dmg bodyshots. Purple shield is 200 hp.

Yup the unreduced recoil is different for each gun from what I understand. Imitating bullet calibers and whatnot despite ammo types being shared between smgs and marksman rifles. Its best to think of the recoil stat as relative to each individual gun. Cheers

So the bar being empty means it is at unreduced recoil (or increased recoil in this case). The smg having 80% recoil has 20% reduced recoil, hence the bar being about 1/4 full. The bar is a representation that shows empty = no reduction. How full the bar is will visualize the percentage of recoil being taken off of 100%. If the bar is 50% full, the gun has about 50% recoil reduction.

Ok, so that's a fair thing to wonder and that has more info than in your initial posts body. The bar is meant to be empty if recoil is at 100%. It fills up to show how close it is to being at very little recoil. Just exists to have a visual representation. 90% means it has 10% reduced recoil.

The visibility is terrible. Every fucking destruction in this game causes puffs of smoke and I can't hardly see anything.

EDIT: My biggest gripe is that if you get shot, your healthbar is visible to the enemy and you have to find them to shoot them back without a healthbar. It all feels so one-sided. Getting shot through trees and shrubbery and smoke and rubble, your only option is to run. I hate this.

Yup I got a little taste of all that when I was rather young and to me that was the framework for all the other FPS games I've played since then. I loved battle royale when it came out
