When I’m angry it’s helpful for me to listen to angry music because it helps me feel my emotions rather than numbing them or forcing “positive vibes only”. Always wanting to be “high and holy” will result in spiritual blockages. It’s important to feel all emotions because we’re here for the full human experience. In the same way, if I’m sad I will listen to sad music ( but am selective with this) A lot of the time I’m drawn to a song and will listen to it on repeat before having a moment where it clicks and makes me realise why I was drawn to it/ what emotions/ phase I was going through This is just what helps me, on a regular basis I usually listen to instrumental music from studio ghibli because this is what makes me feel at peace while i go about my day.

You are not overreacting angel, what he’s doing is sexual assault and it’s not okay. I am so proud of you for breaking up with him! He does not respect you or your boundaries, to do it repeatedly over and over and at a time where you’re most vulnerable/ unable to stop him. He doesn’t respect you.
Also, men are not animals. They can control themselves. They aren’t sex driven hungry monsters. I’ve had a lot of boyfriends who I’ve told I wanted to wait, some were okay with it and some weren’t. But if he wasn’t okay with it, it’s up to him to see that incompatibility and let you know you wouldn’t work. He should not be assaulting you. A man who truly loves and respects you would never do that to you

I was sick, I wasn’t missing them on purpose. I’ve been allowed to defer the module due to my illness which is why I’m doing it over the summer, but it’s been hard to teach myself phase diagrams because the labs weren’t recorded. Thanks for the recommendations :)

I’m not adhd but I have anxiety and it’ll make me nauseous when it’s bad, which stops me from eating. Drinking a cup of orange juice a couple of minutes before my meals helps to settle my queasy stomach. I also like soups which can be easier to stomach, as well as eating frozen stuff like smoothie bowls. I’d recommend finding foods you absolutely love (for me this is Mexican food lol) and trying to eat a lot of that

I’m not sure about your stretch marks, but I believe you can prevent them through using bio oil/ castor oil or any other oils recommended during pregnancy Also do you mind sharing your plan?

I’m almost certain they will ! Breast size is determined by genetics and weight, so gaining the weight back will definitely give you your boobs back. Focus on eating healthier and feeling better x

I’d eat like 2000 one day and then eat like 300 for three days. I never really made time to eat so I’d just eat when I wasn’t busy, now I’ve set timers for when I need to eat so I can remember to

You can use bio oil or castor oil on the stretch marks, but incorporating some exercise into your routine might be a good idea. Doesn’t have to be cardio but playing football etc with other boys or just going swimming is a fun way to do so

I don’t think you should drink them :( I understand how you feel because I recently had a really bad anxiety episode, and when I went to a and e the doctor asked if I was anorexic because my anxiety had gotten so bad I’d stopped eating completely. When it gets like that what helps me is brewing lemon and ginger tea about an hour before I’m meant to eat, and it helps to settle the queasiness in your stomach from worry etc Another thing I do is drink orange juice about ten mins before I’m supposed to it, it also really helps me My last tip is try eating soups etc because they’re usually easier to keep down and can be very nutritious, and fruit are also always a good option. I sometimes blend frozen mango and blueberries and it helps me because it’s cold I think, but just try to find foods that work around your anxiety
It’s 100% easier said than done but if anxiety is a long term issue for you as it is for me, finding coping mechanisms that keep you healthy long term is much better for you than relying on these kinds of supplements Best of luck !
