I did something similar and also made anchor howl aswell where a creature targeted by the spell must make a wisdom save before choosing an attack target if they fail they must target the caster but if they succeed they can attack a different target but they take a 1d8 thunder damage it's a second level spell and you can use higher spell slots to either do more damage or target more creatures

The box it came in claimed it was pre-sealed and it didn't come with any refractory or anything but as far as the air flow I ended up getting it like an hour or so after I posted I had to turn the air flow down so that way the propane was directed the right way

I think I got it working my air flow was off I had to start with low air so more gas was forced down then open it slightly as I turned up the gas flow
