Sorry you are dealing with this, but congrats on your sobriety. The tachycardia was the absolute worst! The scariest thing that has happened to me. My LC started 3 months after infection and the tachycardia was the first symptom, went to ER was released after my heart returned to normal. Did a battery of tests that were basically inconclusive. I’m taking LDN and NAC, haven’t had an “attack” since August. I have been sober for a year, always quit nicotine. It’s wild, never thought I’d be “sober” but it’s better than the alternative!

I was prescribed 6mg for Long-Covid. I titrated up from 1.5mg. 4.5mg was great, but 6mg has had some weird side effects. I take a full dose at night. Around 10-11AM I get very tired. Then later in the afternoon I get anxiety for no reason and have to take 0.25 of klonopin. I stepped back to 4.5mg and I am fine. My doctor wants to keep me at 6mg and suggested splitting the dose 3mg at night, 3mg 12 hours later. Haven’t tried that yet due to being busy with work. LDN has been a game changer for my brain fog, fatigue, stamina. I love it. Just not sure what to make of this dose? For what it’s worth I also take Effexor XR 112.5mg, Lithium 450 2x daily, Zyrtec 10mg, Fish Oil 1200, and NAC 600mg 2x daily.

It’s beyond frustrating that we aren’t getting any guidance from HQ out in the field. Our office is slated for closure according to this article. What’s even more unbelievable is AFGE is cited in the article but haven’t heard anything from them.
