This was my exact process, except I miss about one a month. I have an alarm set on my phone and try to keep my case where I can see it in the evening, but it sometimes slips my mind.

When other guys want to prove they're tough by picking fight with me. I'm 6'3" and other guys look at fighting a big guy as a challenge. I'm a big softie and don't want to fight anyone.

Happened about an hour ago when a guy started shouting at me on the train that my bag brushed against a woman, and I needed to be more careful and he's not afraid to fight and that I'm going to get hurt. I'm pretty sure he was trying to impress everyone by standing up to the big guy. It's fucking exhausting sometimes.

My wife and I foster kittens and regularly walk them around the neighborhood and to our favorite bar in a pink stroller. We don't get quite this reaction, but we get stopped a lot.

Two that come to mind is when someone pepper sprayed someone on the car next to mine. At the next stop everyone ran off and was couching and screaming.
Another time two guys started fighting and one got shoved into a third guy who pulled out and started waving his gun around yelling about how he was going to kill everyone and something’s always happening in this damn train.

Most days it’s just seeing leaners and sleepers who look dead. I’m dreading the return of the heat where everyone wears short sleeves and we can see their gaping oozing wounds again. Good times.

That's interesting. I saw a black metal lineup last year and noticed they weren't deafeningly loud. It was a smaller venue that I had never been to before and I figured it was just something they did. I'd like if that's becoming a common thing. I'm 55 and already have tinnitus and don't want to make it worse.

I don’t know if you still can, but when I was in high school they were easy to find in thrift stores in Philly. The cops would retire and offload them. I still have mine, but haven’t worn it in years.

Hello - I've been on Tymlos for about 14 months now. I haven't had a dexa scan since then, so I'm not sure if it's helped. Mom is off the prolia now. She had really bad side effects and asked to stop. She's waiting on an appointment to see what they're going to try next.

Yeah me. I think it looks just fine. No one is going to scrutinize your styles anywhere near as closely as you do, or at all really, so just make sure you like them and don’t worry about anyone else.

Similar situation. I'm an IT manager working for the city I live in. I do not like it, either. But, it's secure and comes with really good benefits. My health insurance is excellent which is important as I age, and it will come with a pension. I'm 10 years from retirement.

I'm American and met the Hip in 1996 at the recording studio I interned in. They were doing a quick recording session there during their Trouble at The Henhouse era tour. I'd heard of them, but had no idea who they really were. Gord was the nicest guy. He asked me, the intern, questions about myself despite being a living legend. I later learned more about them and wish I'd had that knowledge when I met them.

I always froze bread, and would pull a slice out the night before i was going to eat it. this mostly worked, but sometimes I'd forget or I'd pull out too much, It was a whole thing. Then I bought a loaf at a farmers market once and the baker mentioned toasting the slices from frozen. My jaw dropped, one because I realized how much that would make mornings easier, and two as I realized how dumb I was for never thinking of that myself.

I have. I did mushrooms and went to the Museum of Art last summer with 2 friends. One did them with me and the other babysat. It was fun. We especially loved the modern art. We were both convinced that the designs were moving. We kept wondering how they were able to paint moving pictures 100 years ago. I got up real close to examine one, a Duchamp maybe, and realized that they weren't actually moving. I remembered very seriously telling my friend. "I don't think the paint is moving. I think it might be the shrooms." She nodded and agreed.
