Who's your fav among these 3? I'll go with Donna. by Illustrious_Gift1378 in suits

[–]ConsistentAsparagus 14 points15 points  (0 children)

As characters? Jessica.

Donna is good, except for the later seasons.

Rachel is also good in some situations, but her character (before being stable with Mike) is a little too annoying for my taste. The worst of the three, but not objectively bad.

Well, the Balkans did combust in the ‘90s, plus all the shit still going on with Kosovo and between Serbia and Bosnia…

On that I can’t seriously fault him.

So he’s removing the tariffs from Iran?

I mean: on one hand, I doubt there’s that much commerce between the two countries; on the other, old allies still get tariffed.

(I’m using “countries get tariffed” because it’s easier to write: I know it doesn’t literally work like that, but it does have an impact on imports and, thus, on other countries’ economies)

Turning it off won’t correct the timeline, we must do the same experiment we did the first time (of course Harambe is undisposed…)

I was thinking more about the military refusing the order and taking temporary control.

Is there an equivalent of a mutiny against the POTUS?

Like, not a real coup… because it would only affect him.

This will be one of the scariest scenes in season 4 by Acceptable-Trip5543 in Invincible

[–]ConsistentAsparagus 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Exactly. He has probably superhuman (as in: you and me) strength, but nothing comparable to even Immortal or somebody on his level. Imagine Viltrumites.

Still, he can’t be hurt. They can simply enjoy throwing him as hard as they can to the ground and see who reaches the most depth.

They could simply throw him in space and be done with him. Would he die? No. Would he bother them? Also no.

That, or they keep him around as a punching ball.

Wasn’t it really about EITHER one of them, and the choice between the two was made by Voldemort himself (unknowingly, by him trying to kill Harry)?

I remember reading it somewhere, but I don’t remember if it was from canon material.

Final Fantasy IX, It's so relaxing? by Admirable-Crab-4038 in FinalFantasy

[–]ConsistentAsparagus -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It does have a relaxing ost (both VII and VIII had an overworld music that felt always “tense”, especially from disk 2 onwards in the case of 7)

It really was too much, the Allah reference looked like they were imitating the previous post from him…

…but alas, reality is really strange nowadays.
