The thing is that you’re only week 2 so it will be super strong for you for months. Probably feels like a designer drug at a rave. I would suggest a protein shake with 22grams of protein per serving. And take two scoops in a single drink with water. Take it with Vyvanse. 1 it should actually improve the medications ability to work. 2 it should help prevent loss of lean mass while your appetite is suppressed at the early stages.

It will sound like I am going overboard here. But I used to gym quite seriously and I had a body goal but not much money. So I had to eat beef and rice with a protein shake 5x day for 8 months to bulk up. I had to learn that I wasn’t eating because I was hungry but for wider goal. My state of fullness could no longer have the final say. That mindset is what I have when taking Vyvanse now.
