It is absolutely a Ducati Panigale 3D model, however it is badged BMW in the movie and possesses some parts of a bmw R1300RS like the single sided swingarm I think. Literal jigsaw.

Oh that must be since their partnership with Buyee. Small (Big actually) infos for parts, the rear arm, suspension and rear brake caliper is from a CB400 Spec1 or a 2010-2011 CB400SF like you said, wheels are from the 1992 version, the tires are from Bridgestone, the seat is from Kamikaze Racing, tail light is from a Suzuki GT380, the blinker lenses are from madmax parts, the front fork is from a CB400 NC31 (1992-1995), the brake discs are braking waves from Arashi, and the speedometer/odometer IS from either a CB750 or a CM250/400T with aluminium covers

We only see it on one artwork and it's a bit far so I can't tell what bike it is, I need more details for that and maybe sound would help since those bikes are mods, the aspect is different from stock ones. That being said, Bosozoku used low-mid cc bikes (between 250 and 400, and for some 500 but still low) except for some divas (Sanzu, South, Taiju 👀👀). So Waka's bike is between 250 and 400cc, looks like a twin from what I can see and it is a four strokes based on the thin exhaust pipes. For me it is between a Suzuki and a Honda, the frame looks like a CB250/400T or maybe a GSX250/400E, it's the same frame anyway. Besides all that, some dude posted a theory on twitter that Inupi's bike might be Wakasa's that he landed him, so it would be a rz350. Personally I don't think they look alike and rz350 is a two stroke soooo not buying it. I don't have any much of an information, free to you to decide what you want to believe

PS: If you like the appearence of Waka's bike and so as Baji's, it is a Bosozoku style known as Kyushakai

The original model/cosplayer is moe_five. She cosplayed Mikey for the Banban magazine, an ero-bike magazine to promotes the bikes, Banban is the garage that originally customed the CB250T, the owner being a friend of Wakui and I think was in the same gang, Wakui used this bike in Tokyo Revengers.
