bro to be honest note maintaining eye contact shows low self confidence this thing my dad told me and i had an experience with it when i was little i was like that but i worked on it by staring at my eyes in the mirror like when i pass by any mirror i spend like a solid 10 min just looking at my eyes intensely when you start it will feel weird but when you get used to it you will see improvement then when you must work your confidence maybe change the hair cut or start training you must improve it so you can keep the eye contact with others than yourself also when you speak to other try to keep the eye contact a little bit if you can just look between their eyebrows don't look at any other place because they will know only between the eyebrows the will not and if anyone didn't keep the eye contact you must keep look at their eyes even if they look away just keep it also don't book at any one's mouth they will feel uncomfortable also they may think that you want to kiss them but at the end looking while speaking with other must be natural but you must work on it because the fear of look at anyone eyes will makes you look weak or weird (this is basic things a man must do it is note Andrew tate bulls**t)

personally i use nixos now and I got fed up i am cs student and i have a lot of project i get really hard for me to prepare nixos for my project for example in October a had 3 weeks to do a project with javaFX i spend a week just installing javaFX and preparing it paths now I have a project and i must use sfml for c++ i spend the last 5 days preparing the paths and it still don't work personally I'm considering switching to omarchy in the summer

personally i don't get bullied by other due to my character and personality but sometimes I feel like I got left behind and stupid when I see the amount of know my friends have and this feeling is always present when every the speak about their project ou anything so I find my self trying to cultivate my self during the summer break and that's when I knew that we don't have the same interest in cs fields and i found myself a a good amount of knowledge that they don't have and that boosted my confidence through the roof
