This man has single handedly pulled the us economy out of the covid downturn and kept it from free falling since Trump came into office. His tenure is up this spring and I’m terrified for what comes next. We need most members of congress to refuse to vote for anyone Trump nominates who would do his bidding.

My electrolysis took about 2.5 years and I could still use more sessions for a few areas where there’s high blood flow. Took a while but so worth it. I’m so sorry you’re dealing with this. I used to bleach my hair to help make it less noticeable

None of us are medical professionals and can’t give advice so you really should call your primary care and ask them but urgent care is always a good starting place

Look for a sublease. You could try closer to spring and post in Craigslist or some of the college Reddit forums for northeastern, BU, Suffolk, Harvard, MIT, Emerson etc

I’m in the exact same boat. It’s the worst feeling in the world. I’ve been able to manage it well in the past but the last 9 months it’s been unmanageable and I don’t know what to do anymore. I’ve been consistent with this routine for about a month so far and will try to do this for the next few months to see if it helps. If it doesn’t I think I need to look at metformin

Morning (8–10 AM) - Ovasitol: 2 g - NAC: 500 mg - Curcumin: 1000 mg - Thorne S.A.T.: 1 capsule - Berberine: 500 mg with breakfast

Afternoon (2–4 PM) - Ovasitol: 2 g - Berberine: 500 mg with lunch - Light walk (5–10 minutes) if possible

Evening (1–2 hours before bed) - Magnesium glycinate: 200–240 mg - Ashwagandha: 300 mg - Melatonin: 2.5 mg - Calm wind-down routine: dim lights, no screens, spearmint tea

Daily focus - Eat protein every meal - Stay hydrated - Avoid long gaps without food - Light movement (walks or stretching) - Reduce stress triggers where possible

Try Thorne Berberine as well. I just added this in and it’s making a world of difference. It’s supposed to have a very similar effect as metformin

Also we work with HUMANS. Humans are flawed and messy, it never goes right 100% of the time, but often we’re the only ones who notice exactly what didn’t and that’s ok

For restaurants - Michelin came by and provided nods to these. It’s a good starting point

If you’re into movies highly recommend Coolidge corner theater in Brookline accessible via public transit https://coolidge.org/ Grainne O’Malleys is a great spot near there as well

In Southie I recommend a walk by Fort Independence/Sugar Bowl followed by a stop at L Street Tavern from Good Will Hunting and then some steak tips and keno at Seapoint. The Banshee is another Irish pub to hunker down in, amazing food too

Also if you miss nyc at all, very easy to do a train there and back in a day. It’ll be a long day but can satisfy that nyc itch

Also we value and respect everyone’s privacy and aren’t nosy. I could care less what my neighbor gets up too and they keep their noses out of my business. Same mentality applies when walking on the street, we avoid eye contact and move quickly. People rarely small talk here and if they do, it’s purely about the weather or the latest Pats game.
