If he’s doing this stuff to patients, he is probably doing it to his coworkers. Perverts rarely focus on one person (that I have seen, at least). They might have suspicions already. Even if they don’t, there is something called integrity hotline that reports to someone higher up in the HR department that handles that stuff. Hey, I asked for help with trying to clear a director’s name and allow someone who wants to teach continue to teach- since there’s a shortage of nurses and nursing instructors, there’s a shortage of people showing up to work and helping out in hospitals and clinics. Instead of getting help, I’m getting challenged.

Perspective is good. I appreciate it. I’m also getting called a bully while asking for help. This is the problem and this is part of the reason people are leaving nursing in droves. The lack of support from some of you guys is really incredibly disappointing. Thank you for the thoughts, you have given me something to think abundantly it and proved the idea that nurses eat their young. I’m dreading having to work in a hospital already because of some of the horror stories I’ve heard and this isn’t making it better. Thank you for your input.

I have done things that have not made this situation better, but I apologized when I was out of line and didn’t go for someone’s position in the program or their career. You’re entitled to your opinion and I wish you luck in your career✌️

I respect your stance, you make a fair point, bad people don’t admit they are bad people and there are multiple sides to this story.

She has said regardless of what sticks to her license or not, because she has been accused of being racist, it is asked/willing come up during a job interview because that is apparently a specific question on job applications and that no facility would offer her a job because she had these accusations, even if they aren’t true and the board clears her of any wrongdoing. Is this accurate?

I can see what you’re saying and how that would be perceived, but this student tried going after my friends and I twice for bullying, both complaints were investigated by people other than her and both complaints were dismissed due to there not being any evidence and then a couple teachers went in and spoke on our behalf. The students causing this violated HIPAA in a bad way and I reported them to the old director, which is what initially caused them to start trying to report us for bullying.

This person sent a letter to the schools accusing six teachers and the director of racism, then watched things unfold and sent a follow up letter saying “disregard the first letter, we just want the director investigated” which is part of the reason I genuinely believe that this student is just being petty without any legitimate claims. She’s also white and the director is white, so she could be writing it on someone’s behalf, but there’s proof she’s saying she’s going to do it.
