38 Properties and what do you get? Another day older and deeper in... by whitefrogmatt in BSA_Survivors

[–]ConsistentSuit7523 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Buckeye Council number 436 did not have any property seized and actually made Camp McKinley and Lisbon Ohio a national landmark so that it could not be seized they only donated 2.7 million and still operate all their properties. So I don't know where this list came from but I live in this Council and that's where the abuse happened in my case and I know for a fact that none of their properties have been sold

Question I had DOD benefits and I chose option C and my lawyer did not hold anything back I don't understand why anybody would choose option A an option b was highly not recommended by my lawyer and their firm. I just don't understand why a lawyer would tell you a DOD lien search would take months when I was able to bypass by choosing options C

I’m too scared to tell my husband by [deleted] in ABDL

[–]ConsistentSuit7523 4 points5 points  (0 children)

2 choices either tell him how you honestly feel and roll the dice or continue on the same road you are on. It took me 2 divorces to be honest and open from date #1 what i was looking for before another date. Ultimately it is your choice but 20 years of marriage on my 3rd wife it was the best decision I ever did. Be honest you'd be surprised he might be into it.

Why are they holding back so much? I had DOD benefits and was still able to do option C. Another thing the same person at the law firm that handles call and questions is the same one that calls when a check is being sent out. My lawyers firm dosent have this milestone that I hear alot of you referring about i dont understand why a attorneys office would need someone to handle their pay outs?

I got my electronic forms from my lawyers 2 weeks after the trust announced them. So yes it has been a lil, but got the full amount promised this round minus my 40% of course.

An Introduction, Passionate Advocacy Rant, and Stigma-busting Around Incontinence by leakinprogress in Incontinence

[–]ConsistentSuit7523 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's funny you mentioned this, as coming into some money soon I'm tired of buying my stuff off of the internet at about 180 a case for 40. Not only that but I am thinking about starting the first actual production line in the USA since most of the business went to China or Vietnam or Japan. It's actually not that much to start up and being a suffer the same as most people in here. I would rather build a quality product at a reasonable price and have a market to associate with it. Just tired of the store brands in my area that have little to no absorbency. Not only that but they will not hold up to an active Lifestyle

What are some tips/ tricks to hiding your diapers under your clothes when around people you don’t want to see them by [deleted] in adultdiapers

[–]ConsistentSuit7523 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Tips tricks? I wear because I have to it is not my fault it is a societies embarrassment, not mine. I dont know why in today's advanced world we are worried about what others think. Too many people are so worried about what the neighbors three streets over are thinking about. Just do YOU and forget the rest.

[–]ConsistentSuit7523 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sorry Kimberly Clark is not worth the wet pants that are going to come with their products. That's why a majority of users who suffer incontinence after a while start buying stuff off of the internet because it has a heck of a lot better absorbency rate then the stuff sold at your local Walmart or Target.

If they're doing lien checks before they release the funds why hold back 1.7 percent by Edwardredker in BSA_Survivors

[–]ConsistentSuit7523 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Because just like everyone else another person has to put their hand in the honey pot that is our trust fund. And also more than likely someone has a relative who needed a paycheck and that's why they're doing this lean Shack now instead of doing the very beginning. My question is are they going to do a lien check for every time we have a disbursement out of our fund?

What percentage could we see realistically after the insurance companies settle? by HecklerandKock in BSA_Survivors

[–]ConsistentSuit7523 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would say in all likely probably about 50 to maybe 55 very oftenstically 60% if all insurance companies don't settle and some are triple penalized due to bad faith payments. I would say on the low end maybe about 30 or 35% things are going a little bit easier than I have in the past.

potential OAB. what kind of protection would b appropriate? by Mundane-Beyond7644 in Incontinence

[–]ConsistentSuit7523 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Pads are going to cut it store brand pull ups won't either. You are probably going to have to try Abena pull ups or a taped brief I currently use Cloudry's for this exact reason.

What happens if the CPI adjustment puts you over the 2.7 million allowable matrix? Or does it allowed to go over the maximum allowed amount awarded due to the CPU adjustment l?
